We first create a professional sales documentation and discuss it with potential
customers. This meeting can take place by phone, video conference or in person at
our agency.

On request, we take over the clarification of land register entries for you and regulate
the adoption of existing rental contracts.

We draw up a preliminary contract with a reservation payment from the buyer, so
that we have early certainty about the conclusion of the contract.
